1. Which characters change as the story proceeds? Do they change for the better or the worse, and how do they change specifically?
The character that changed in the story was Amir, and he changed to do good in his life. His life changed after Hassan got rapped and when he moved away. He decided to change life because he wanted his father to feel proud of him because his father used to always say that Hassan was brave and that he was a coward.

2. Who was your favorite character and why? Which character did you dislike most throughout the story and why?
My favorite character was Hassan, he was my favorite character because he was a smart, and brave little boy. He used to always stand up for himself and for his best friend Amir. He didn't feared anything or anybody. The character that I dislike the most in the entire story was Assef because he rapped Hassan and when he grew up he bought children to do bad stuff to them and then got rid of them like if they were animals.

. List at least two major conflicts in the story and talk about what type of conflicts they are (ex: person vs. person, person vs. society, etc).
The two major conflicts in the story were that Hassan is Amir's step brother and that Hassan's son was Amir's nephew. So when Hassan died his little boy was sent to an orphanage and so Amir had to go back to that place to go get him, but when he went back his nephew Sohrab wasn't there no more Assef had bought him to have I'm as a servant and to do the bad stuff to him.

5. Which is your most favorite scene in the book? In the movie?
My favorite scene in the book was when Amir went back to look for Hassan's son and took him to go live with him in a better life were he wasn't gonna suffer no more and was gonna be able to have fun and play, not be a servant.

6. Which did you enjoy better, the novel or the movie? Please give specific reasons why.
What i enjoyed better was the novel. I think it was better because it has more details and it's more understandable. I had a better picture of the movie with the novel and it was more creative and it had more scenes that in the movie didn't show at all.

8. Who is the protagonist in this story? Who is the antagonist? Give an example of a scene from the story that would support your label for each character.
The protagonist of this novel is Amir because he was the one that had to go back at the life that he was living when he didn't wanted to. I think that the antagonist was Hassan because they had to go back to his life when he was dead already.

The losing bridge.

1.I think that my bridge it's funny because Ana Torres and her other friends started it all good but we ended it up all ugly and funny looking.
2.when i first came to the class they had allready started the bridge, so Connie told me to help Ana.T. We decided to keep building it that way because it might be stronger without caring about the looks.
3.i think that my bridge it's going to be the first one to break because i don't think that we actually build it very strong, especially if Ana.T stoped working on it ever since i started working on it too. Also i think that it's only going to hold half a pound and this is it.
